Chefs/Owners Eric Alexander and Courtney McDonald continue their seasonal approach to French cuisine, drawing inspiration from Eric’s Eastern European heritage and their own Four Tines Farm located in Auburn, California.

Safe Dining Practices

We are committed to the safety of our guests and staff, and are strictly adhering to CDC and Placer County Covid-19 safety regulations.  The following are requirements for joining us for private dining at Restaurant Josephine:

  1. Not feeling well? Please stay home.

  2. Face coverings are required for all staff and for guests inside the restaurant unless seated at a table.

  3. Social Distancing: we will space tables appropriately for social distancing for all private events while observing current occupancy restrictions.
